1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of neuIo.org (the "Service") operated by NEULO (3-14-5 Jingumae Tokyo 150-0001 Japan). By using the Service you accept these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the laws of your country of residence.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service will not exceed USD 100, except for liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tokyo, Japan, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence.
