Forefoot strike
Zero-drop encourages a natural forefoot strike, distributing impact through the calf and Achilles instead of directly into the knee.
Minimal stack
5mm of natural rubber between you and the ground. Enough to protect. Not so much that it disconnects you from the surface you're running on.
