We make returns easy. Especially for first-time barefoot shoe buyers.
Sizing is the hardest part. If it doesn't fit right, we'll exchange it.
Return & Exchange Policy
30-day returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return any item. Returns are accepted for unworn shoes in original packaging. If you tried them on indoors for sizing, that's fine — we can see the difference between a try-on and a walk.
Free size exchanges
Size exchanges are free once per order. We cover the return shipping label within Japan. For international size exchanges, we cover inbound shipping; you cover the outbound re-shipment.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error.
Exceptions
Limited Run editions are not eligible for return once delivered — this is stated at purchase. Custom orders and orders modified to a specific width are also final sale.
How to start a return
- Email [email protected] with your order number and whether you want an exchange or refund.
- We'll reply within one business day with a return shipping label (Japan) or return address (international).
- Ship the shoes back in original packaging. Once we receive them, we process the exchange or refund immediately.

All orders ship from Tokyo. International orders may be subject to local import duties — these are the buyer's responsibility. Japan domestic orders include tracking by default.
